This triplex, nicely decorated, three bedroom (sleeps 6), two bath, spacious, and fully equipped townhome in the gated community on Camelback Mountain, http://www.skicamelback.com/, is the perfect house for a relaxing vacation while being minutes from all the activities that you could want. The townhouse sits on the side of the Camelback ski resort, a convenient hour and a half drive from New York City and from Philadelphia.

In the winter, for the non-skiers, just a few more minutes down the mountain, you will find the snow tubing park and numerous shopping opportunities nearby including the Crossings Outlet Mall. For those who want to try their luck, the Mt. Airy Casino is a short 10 minute drive away. There are also many restaurants minutes away from the townhouse offering everything from casual to fine dining.
Two parking spaces are provided in front of the house. Additional parking is available in an overflow lot. Two parking passes are included with the rental fee. The unit has a ski closet on the front deck. Two Gas Fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Washing Machine and Dryer in the unit. Three bedrooms, including a loft bedroom with double bed , a master bedroom with king size bed and a third bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has cable TV with a flat panel screen and CD/DVD player with DVD library. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cutlery, and dishware. Appliances include a new glass top oven and microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator freezer and compactor.
Communal facilities include year round indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi whirlpool, and a fitness center with exercise equipment, 2 indoor tennis courts and men's and women's locker rooms with showers and saunas. This is a gated community with round the clock security patrolling the area.
The minimum age for the renters is 25 years old unless accompanied by an adult. Copies of two photo ID's required (passport and drivers license preferred). SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. SMALL PETS MAY BE PERMITED IN THE UNIT DEPENDING ON SIZE AND MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT.
Minimum 1 week (6 nights.) $750.00, $2,500.00 monthly, $6,500 3 month short season, $8,000.4 month full season. Total rental fee, a $1,000.00 refundable security deposit and one month utilities (based on a 5 year average or actual usage, whichever is less, for electricity and propane) are due at time of booking.
Willing to negotiate a preferred rate for long term booking. Check-in time is after 2pm. You can check in at the reception desk in the community center or, after 5pm, at the guardhouse at entrance B. Check-out time is no later than 12 noon. .
